Softwood and hardwood sawmilling
Mills converting logs into dimension lumber, studs, boards or cants need reliable primary and secondary breakdown, edging and trimming. Whether you run a high-speed small-log line or a hardwood grade mill, the right combination of headrig, resaw and edger determines recovery and product mix.
Ask about this application if you are planning a new sawline, replacing a headrig or resaw, or adding edging and trimming capacity.

Engineered wood panel manufacturing
Particleboard, MDF, OSB and plywood plants combine raw-material preparation, forming, pressing, sanding and cut-to-size in one continuous process. Individual sections can be upgraded independently — a new sanding line, press peripherals or a cut-to-size and stacking cell — without replacing the whole plant.
Ask about this application if you are expanding panel capacity, improving surface quality, or automating stacking and pack handling.
Relevant equipment

Mouldings, flooring and millwork
Producers of finished mouldings, flooring, decking, siding and millwork components rely on four-side moulders, profiling lines and end-matchers to hold profile accuracy at production speed. Tooling, spindle configuration and mechanized handling are matched to your profile range and lumber sizes.
Ask about this application if you are adding a moulder, moving from manual to mechanized feeding, or launching a flooring or decking product line.
Relevant equipment

Mass timber — CLT and glulam
Cross-laminated timber and glulam plants prepare graded lamellas, finger-joint them to length, apply adhesive, press panels or beams, and machine the finished elements on CNC centers. Panel format, press type and machining scope shape the line layout and building requirements.
Ask about this application if you are planning a new mass-timber plant, adding CLT capacity to an existing lumber operation, or upgrading a glulam press or CNC.

Material flow, sorting and automation
Every line depends on the conveyors, transfers, sorters and stackers between machines. Automating material flow reduces manual handling, keeps primary machines fed at their rated speed and gives you traceability from infeed to finished pack.
Ask about this application if bottlenecks sit between machines rather than inside them, or if you need sorting, stacking or stick-placing capacity.
